The night begins at 20:30h with a Mediterranean-inspired à la carte dinner by Andreu Genestra, followed by Back to the Future — our spectacular cabaret that blends past and future in a whirlwind of music, dance, and seduction. At midnight, the tradition takes over: the 12 grapes, sparkling décor, and a champagne toast to the second “new year” of the year. SUB_URBAN takes over the decks with BADBOX, Sebas Ramis and Isaac Indart, keeping the celebration alive until the early hours.
